"....I was never a big fan of Christmas fruit cakes as a kid and I'm still not. I was skeptical as it was being served over dessert, but the first bite tingled my taste buds to the beyond and when everyone went off to bed, I raided our kitchen at mid night and finished of the rest in the container. Now the only fruit cake I will and can eat is your, its just divine indulgence! "

"....I agree that your cakes have simply superb ingredients, and are extremely generous with the glaceed fruit,
however, I hope a small criticism won't go astray, I am not sure if I am the only one, but I find the surrounding cake somewhat too sweet and with an excess of (artificial) vanilla essence,
How about a darker, more refined cake texture?
Possibly with slightly more of a brandy base,

"....Guys the Australian Celebration Cake is without doubt the BEST fruit style cake I have EVER eaten and in my 63 years I've gobbled a few.
Beautiful flavour, beautifully moist, beautiful texture, beautuful, beautiful.
The only complaint I have is that it wasn't big enough, just got started and it was all gone.
As a surfer (read boardrider) for over 48 years it was the perfect food to re juice the body after a session.
